A 50% first payment installment is due on acceptance to lock in your job. Please note first installment deposit payment is non-refundable. We provide an estimated installation/uplift or pick up date when confirming your order, however, installation week is booked and confirmed once payment has been received and receipted, and only then. We are unable to hold dates for clients, due to our First in First served booking system, this would be unfair to other clients. Second installment is due 3 weeks prior to the scheduled installation/uplift or pick up week. You will be advised at the earliest convenience of a confirmed and scheduled day and time of the proposed week, when our productions team have confirmed this. The 10% third and final installment is due on the week of scheduled installation/freight or pick up. Please note if payment is made late this will result in delay installation/uplift or pick up. ETA FOR INSTALLATIONS

All installations are an estimated 4-6 weeks from date of full payment or 50% first deposit installment has been paid. We schedule all installations chronologically, if there is a delay in one installation this often affects all scheduled equally to allow for a fair booking system. Our sales representatives indicate a week or day of installation when booking, this is per current schedule conditions. You will then be advised and have a confirmed day and time once we are closer to this. Some circumstances that cannot be helped may alter this originally planned ETA, if this is the circumstance, a sales representative will notify you as soon as they are informed by our productions team. An increased 12-14+ week lead time can increase during peak seasons; this is to prevent over booking and ensure we can meet all scheduled installations in a timely manner. Please bare this in mind. If your job is scheduled for a specific day/week or time we will do our best to meet this. We will not schedule your job until we received and receipted full payment or your first 50% deposit payment. We take no responsibility of any conditions which could alter the ETA planned, if weather alters the ETA planned, we will notify you as soon as we can. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU We are responsible to Manufacture the shed/cabin for you as per the specifications listed as per quotation accepted and confirmed, and then install or freight this to you (if this is stated in the quotation). We work our hardest to deliver the best sheds/cabins, we look forward to making you the perfect new addition to your backyard.

CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY

Client understands and accepts full responsibility for any permits, consents or groundwork that may arise and have done their research prior to purchase. They understand Barry Sheds Ltd is not responsible and has made no allowances for permits, consents or building code. The client understands they will receive what is scheduled as per their quote and floor plan. We recommend our sheds/cabins to be used in conjunction with a house on a property. For example, not placed on bare land. We do not recommend our cabins to be suitable to convert into a bathroom or kitchen or to be used as a replacement for a house. They are intended to be used for a separate detached building from your existing dwelling. It is at the customers due diligence prior to purchase if the intended use is different from above, if intended use is as above this would void all warranties. Terms and conditions are effective on all orders. For any further information please do not hesitate to contact one of our Sale Representatives on 0800 233 224 or email us on sales@barrysheds.co.nz
